We aim for a lightweight, responsive site that works with keyboard navigation, zoom and common assistive technologies.

Design goals

The site uses semantic HTML, logical heading structure, visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts and text-based navigation. Tables can scroll on narrow screens rather than forcing the page wider than the viewport.
